Way of the Samurai is being released in a joint effort by Agetec (PS3) and UFO Interactive (360) on October 13, 2009.
The official website contains a trailer, screenshots, character bios, story information, and the manual is available for download as a .pdf.

I just asked my local GameStop about Way of the Samurai 3, and it looks like they have no idea when they will be getting the game!
I've verified that sites like amazon, bestbuy and even gamestop.com all agree with your October13th release date. So what gives? Will I be able to walk into a North American GameStop and pickup a copy of Way of the Samurai 3? |

it depends on if they order it, and if they do, how many copies they order. gamestop can be a bit odd about games they order. my local store only got two
copies of Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny for PSP. just two.
I would suggest pre-ordering it, as that will get you a nice bonus DVD that has a digital art book and guide. it's listed on their website here: http://www.gamestop.com/C...ls.aspx?product_id=75344 it's for in-store pick up only, so an online preorder won't get you the bonus DVD. talk to the gamestop employees about this, and if neccesary, go to a different gamestop. I wish I could give you a more certain answer, sorry. gamestop corporate makes the decisions about which individual store gets what, and how many. game companies don't have a say in it.
