I heard that a novel of the same title was released in Japan with an accompanying manga. Me thinks the OVA was scrapped and changed into those instead. I just
read about it the other day.

yeah the OVA has been shelved and the story to it has been released as a novel and a comic book but they are both in Japanese though i`d like to see an english
version of the comic .
