Which do you dislike the most (if any)? If it's hard to decide then maybe picking from a series (AC1 series AC2 series, AC 3 series, AC4) would make it easier. For the most part, each successive installment was the best to me, so far it's AC4. I honestly don't have a game I disliked but I do have games I beat and didn't return to. If there were people still playing AC4 online, and if Sega kept up with the regulations updates for the PS3, then I would probably like AC4 even more.

He is my only preferite adversary.

I'm hoping to get Ninebreaker and Last Raven in the coming months[Ninebreaker first]. I've played 4 and I wasn't used to the FPS controls, so once I get used to those...i'll probably get FA too. I do have a question though...can you transfer data from Nexus/Ninebreaker to Last Raven. I know this has been answered, I just haven't been here in ages. :P Thanks. Ownage. Period.

You can transfer from Nexus to NB, and from either Nexus or NB to Last Raven. On the subject of this topic (which thought I'd responded to months ago, haha), Armored Core 3 & Silent Line together are my favorites, with Nexus close after. Those three are still some of my favorite PS2 games. I really should play Nexus again sometime, it's been a while for that one... As far as most disliked, AC4. bleh. That effectively ended the series for me. I miss the PS2 games.

I remember you greatly disliking AC4, so that's interesting... Doesn't it have pretty much the same control scheme, though? I thought I remembered that being the case from what little I messed with the demo, and that was one of the big factors in my dislike of AC4.

Man how late am I to this topic? So you can recreate the PS2 control scheme? Heck yes...that is all a boy needs. Still haven't gotten NB or LR though. I feel so bad. 2D Fighters are taking over my life. XD! vs.

So like...ive recently bought AC4 and ACfA on PS3[played 4 on 360 previously] and oh my gosh...totally customized my own controls...loving it. The game is amazing. Still not Nexus though...but ive not really had the time to really dive into the stabilizers and tuning and haven't even gotten all the parts quite yet[but I can already see it won't be anywhere near the number in Nexus]. Gameplay seems quite balanced from what ive seen so far...still though...seems ammo doesn't even have heat anymore. I had gotten so much into high heat weapons in Nexus that I was hoping to transfer that knowledge over to AC4, but I guess that is gone now[considering radiators don't even exist anymore LOL]. But wow...I am so loving this game right now...had some rather frustrating missions not gonna lie...but that's all the ACs right? There are always going to be those lame missions that you hate. lol All in all if ACfA is as great as I hear and adds a ton new parts and crap...fA might beat out Nexus. Just maybe. Won't beat out Virtual On Oratario Tangram though...no way no how. "If challenge had a taste...you'd be quite delicious."

So far though, my favorites are ACSL, AC3, and ACNX in that order. Amored Core 3 was the first I played and knew what it was (I play the AC demo when I was 5), but the first I owned is ACSL, and it's still my favorite. I like it even more now that I have AC3 and understand the series. I actually even just started playing it three days ago to unlock parts I never got before. I remember not playing it for over a year because I corrupted my OP-i lacking file that was at 92%. The only problems I have with Nexus through Last Raven are the clips on machine guns and no way to possibly get human plus or OP-i while the CPUs can. Can you use the classic control style for AC4? I read that Valk said you can make your own in ACFA, but what about 4? I need to stop neglecting this place. ____________________________________ brawlboards.com

Long games with a lot of variety in missions and arenas. Plus the unit from the cover of AC2 was hella fast and deadly with a grenade launcher. AC4 was so short and lacking in story that it really pissed me off that I bought it for 60 bucks when it came out. "Fight the power, and the power will fight back.
