Supposedly, this is the next upcoming fan-site for armored core. If you want to become a mod, go register on the forums, agetec members are in high demand for mod-ship over there.

Hopefully the admin updates the content soon. Apparently it is supposed to have pictures of hidden part locations and designs ect. ArcherArmored is also sort of talking in 3rd person.

Digital Ops is hosting an Armored Core tournament on August 30th, 2008.
We are in Ann Arbor, MI.

The rules are:
Single-elimination matches, each match is best of three
Each competitor may register one AC design, and one Home Map
Each of the first two rounds of each match will be on a competitor's Home Map. The order of maps will be determined at random.
The final match will be best of five.

Which AC game was the best in your opinion? Which do you dislike the most (if any)?

If it's hard to decide then maybe picking from a series (AC1 series AC2 series, AC 3 series, AC4) would make it easier.

For the most part, each successive installment was the best to me, so far it's AC4. I honestly don't have a game I disliked but I do have games I beat and didn't return to.

Weapons you wished you had in an AC game

I wish I could have that super big gun that the guy has in the silent line game when you are going room to room to turn on the sprinklers. Then you go to another room after completing this. You face, I think two, and one of them has such a big gun that it takes both hands just to hold the thing. Anybody else remember that? I wish that gun were available!

AC hand to hand fight

I was wandering if any of you had thought how it would be if the AC had a special place on his legs to put his hand weapons if they are small inaf,not meen a hand gun but a good size rifle and be able to fist fight and maybe combine fist and blade so you can eaven cut pices from your oponent, and than be able to pick his weapon back from his leg and start shooting again
I would love it. I eventialy like to see a AC nocked down and than geat up and start fighting again, Why not eaven be...

1.7 Has recently been released in Japan, but not to worry, we didn't get them. I've noticed a few things that are kind of funny, i'm not sure if it's the regulations conflicting or something else, but over the course of the last week i've played quite a few games online and everytime you lock-on to someone and shoot them the damage above their head can reach 60,000 - 100,000+. Not to mention the constant warping now which makes it near impossible to maintain a lock on someone. 1.4 and 1.7...
